Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

As a made to order store, many products are created after purchase. This ensures quality control and reduces waste.

  1. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5 to 12 business days
Europe: 5 to 14 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  1. Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to activate.

  1. Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

  1. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  1. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
