Refund Policy

  1. Returns

Due to the made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

  1. Non-Delivery

If tracking shows your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will review your case.

  1. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  1. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a dispute process and potential account restrictions.
